    bakit walang sumasagot sa telephone ring lang ng ring. Ilang oras na ako tumawag walang sumasagot tapos pagdial ko busy na ulit tapos makalipas ng ilang oras nagriring pero walang sumasagot?

    Hi, I have a concern, until now I didnā€™t take my luggage since i arrived in naia terminal last Monday through flight number PR659. I already raised a complain in your baggage service but until now thereā€™s no update. And theyā€™re not answering calls and not even responding on my mails.     Kanina pa ako tumatawag pero walang sumasagot sa tawag ko. Itatanong ko lang sana kung pwede po ba isakay ang service dog na pitbull sa aircraft travellong from US to Philippines. At ano po ang need na requirements ipakita para makasakay ang service dog na pitbull. The owner has a disability and depression and this is the reason he has a serbice dog pitbull.
