what size Cabin bag can we take on boared
Our flight to the philippines for April 7, 2021 San francisco. Was cancelled, wet the email of cancellation last night, March 30, 2021. We called the online pal booking to rebook us but he said the next available flight he can put us into is May 1, 2021. He said he can try to request to put us in the April 14 flight but no assurance yet. My question is why cant we be put in the April 14 definitely, when we called them (online booking) right away when we were notified that our flight on Aprl 7 was cancelled. Please help us because ours is emergency..all we are asking is to put us in the April 14 flight because we should have the priority because we are all set and paid the ticket and assigned seats already..
