We are booked on qantas flight from Santiago to Sydney today 18th March QF28 but we are unable to leave our cruise ship to disembark in Chile so we need to cancel our tickets. We have had our family in Australia trying to cancel these tickets but no one answers the phone
Can you please cancel these tickets now so we can apply for a refund??
We will not be able to land in Chile and we have nowhere to go. We are on Hurtigruten ship Roald Amundsen

Hello there, my name is Christopher LeMay. I have been travelling in Sth America for the past two months. I reached Brazil, but was concerned when Argentina and Chile decided to close their borders to foreigners due to the coronavirus. I caught a flight to Chile yesterday and I’m currently staying in the Rado Boutique Hostel in Bellavista here in Santiago. I have a flight booked for a return to Australia around the 20th of April. Why don’t I know for sure? I lost my mobile in Colombia and so I can’t receive verification text messages. I can’t even access my main emal address for the same reason. I tried logging onto my Qantas account, provided three pieces of information, but still couldn’t log-on. I want to move my booking so I can return home, but at the moment, I don’t appear to be able to do anything on-line because I can’t receive verification codes. Do you have an address here in Santiago that I can visit as clearly I have major issues in trying to get home that aren’t being resolved electronically, regards, from Chris
