My family and I are ticketed with Quantas to travel to Brisbane on September 9, 2018. I am competing in the ITU World Triathlon Championships and am bringing my racing bike. I package it in a “Bike Travelier” hard shell travel bike case which is a somewhat “pentagon” kind of “house shaped” measuring 55.5″ x 33.5″ x 10.75″. The “33.5” width dimension is only the outermost high point (top of house roof) of the surface, since the surface is angular. Averaged between the outer width dimensions (bottoms of the “roof”), it would be 29.75″ which is well under your 32″ width standard.
As far as width, we are well under weight limits since it is a lightweight carbon fiber time trial bike.
Given the requirements for safe passage of this racing bike in the bike shaped box, will you allow it aboard?

I have purchased a reservation for personal travel via Qantas for this Fall, and I received an email about a change in flight times. The new time does not fit with the second leg of trip. My booking reference is NVBRR5. I have tried calling the 1-800 number from the Qantas website, and no one is answering. Yesterday and today I waited 45 minutes, and never got through.
What should I do? Do you have suggestions for how to contact them. There is no email for customer service concerns.
