For the past three days I have been trying to contact RJ office on the following listed numbers Reservation Telephone : 3 8641231/38641238/38949523 EXT 1 but never had any luck getting hold of anyone. I have also, forwarded email to Reservation Email : [email protected] with no reply from anyone.

what do you mean by “Passengers must undergo all medical checks required”, can you please specify what medical checks exactly are needed?
i am trying to call RJ Dammam office from last 2 hrs, but no body is responding, what a good service.
I have NEVER EVER, in 8 years, been able to get someone to ANSWER a phone at the RJ office in Dammam. Customer service (-650).
Also, i have just had my reservation changed; the problem is, i am travelling with my family. Their reservation was NOT. How can i travel in a separate plane????? and still, NO F^&%ing answer!
