I wanted to get refund for my flight from Khartoum to Guangzhou, since Saudia’s internetional flights haven’t resumed. I contacted the airlines office in Khartoum for refund. However, the airline head quater responded to their request on email that, I can only get refunded in cash and from the city of the ticket issuance (Guangzhou). I can’t return to Guangzhou at the moment as my residence permit has expired.
So, I was wondering if you can transfer the money to my ICBC account? This is the only way I can get my money back.
I will give the details of my ticket number and account number as soon as you respond to me.
N.B. I booked the ticket on taobao (Chinese online app).
Kindly consider my case and give me response as soon as possible.
