On our return flight with Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Copenhagen on November 25th we came into big trouble.What we needed was a return flight to take us back to Copenhagen after we have finished the Celebrity Millinnium Cruise arriving in Singapore at 1pm on November 25th. My mistake I had focused on the fact that I chose the correct date for our departure-November 25th but not realizing that it was a just past midnight flight 00:15am that I had booked. This gave us big problems as we just realized this one day before our cruise ended.I contaced the helpdesk at the cruiseship right away hoping that they could help us to rebook our flight with Singapore Airlines. Fortunately the succeeded in helping us with a new departure November 25th at 11:55pm. At the new tickets there is a total price of USD 364,81 per ticket. At the statement from my bank I can now see that I have to pay USD 250,- extra per ticket. I do not understand why I have to pay more than the USD 364,81 per ticket as stated on the ticket.
We have so far been very satisfied with Singapore Airlines with good service and good meals, everything was fine, and now we do as well hope for a good and fair service to solve our unlucky situation whith this flight, so that we do at least not have to pay the extra USD 250,- per ticket and just the actual ticket price, as we have already spent the full ticket prices once paying DKK 9346,-

We found your offer on Momondo and were redirected from Travellink for payment. It has subsequently been completely impossible to contact Travellink to receive a refund, we ask you therefore to go into this case, so we can get a refund of our return trip.

The last 3 days I have tryed to call Singapore Airl. office in Copenhagen on no 32521255 , but up til now not good luck , every time I try , can not pass or the system drop me out . I need to change my ticket , reason , Thailand has increased the ASQ hotel days , even I have been vaccinated twice . Request for validity extenction of Inflight Vouchers

Me and my wife traveled from Denmark to Australia early march 2020 with Singapore airlines. We recived Inflight Vouchers as a compensation for enterteiment system not working. We planned to use / spend the Vouchers on our Singapore airline returnflight(s) back from Australia to Europe in the beginging of April 2020. But due to Covid, our Singapore Airline return flight(s) were canceled, and we traveled back home with antohther Airline company. We like to travel to Australia again, but due to covid / travel restrictions and Challenges planing / getting extended time of from work, we have so far not been able to to travel to Australia again. We therfore ask for validity extenction of Inflight Vouchers so we can use them when we fligh to Australia again.

Hi good day,
May i request that my wife’s flight schedule be moved to an early date to june 25,2023 i know for a fact that there is a flight that day because i have already booked a schedule together with our daughter, we would like to travel together on that day, an i am willing to pay not more than the regular payment for rebooking, i have requested this thru telephone call but your airline is charging me 1,100 usd, which i think is not appropriate, i know fpr a fact that other airlines like emirates,thai air and others are only collecting not more than 100usd because i used to work for cph airport and i used to travel most of the time, this is the first time i have experienced this, this is unacceptable, my wife flight number is sq351 which is schedule on august 9, i like to change it to june 25 the same flight as mine (sq2627).
Please do answer this email as soon as possible, and make the necessary arrangements for her flight to be changed.
