Yes, I definitely have had problems with Krisflyer membership contact queries. I have tried (Adelaide) 82281188 and 131011 and got a loud beep, then silence. I have searched various Singapore Airlines websites and cannot find any address/email for contact. I would like to speak, or be able to email someone, regarding my husband and my own krisflyer membership account. Can this query please be submitted to the appropriate person in Krisflyer membership.
When logging onto our account this past week, we have found our membership has expired. We have just completed a lengthy European holiday incorporating 5 flights with Singapore Airlines/or partners and each time have been assured by the checkin staff that our points have been recorded. Each of our boarding passes show our membership numbers. Obviously if our membership numbers have expired, how can the recent flight points be recorded? I ask for some clarification as to what we should do to gain any benefit of our last holiday flight points, i.e. when our boarding passes show our expired membership numbers.
