    Having tried for the last two days to change my flight with your airline without success and would like to say how disappointed I am with the inefficiency of your staff. I have travelled on your airline over several years and have never experienced this problem in the past while dealing with your airline. This is one of the reasons why I chose you, as in the past you have always dealt with my requests quickly and efficiently. I bought an open ended ticket which I have done several times before and had no problem changing my flight and feel it is unacceptable to be told to ring London Heathrow while in New Zealand to resolve this problem. To date this problem is still unresolved with my original date nearly upon me.

    In a few weeks I am wanting to book 2 business class multi-city tickets (basically CHC – SIN – LHR – LIS – CHC.

    I have a question that I would like to ask the Christchurch office. However it seems impossible to actually talk to them.

    If I use the New Zealand number given I am sent to a help desk
    /office somewhere in the world.

    Since the person I spoke to could not understand what I was saying I asked to be put through to the Christchurch office only to be told that was not possible!!!

    Can you please advise me how I can contact the Christchurch office in person.

    I would like to congratulate Rahul Tiwari of Singapore Airlines at Christchurch Airport for the wonderful service in locating my wife’s prescription glasses found in Munich, Germany. Not only did he locate the glasses, he was kind enough to go out of his way and have them delivered to our address in Geraldine. This to me is the quality of service one can expect from Singapore Airlines. To top it off, we travelled Singapore Airlines from Christchurch to Munich and returned with the same carrier and found that service on board the best yet.
