We are planning to buy Singapore Airlines tickets for our trip from Vancouver Canada to Dhaka Bangladesh. There is a layover of 21:00 hours in Singapore Airport.
I would like to know if we can go out to stay in a hotel and back to the airport for the next day trip to Dhaka, Is there any issues regarding Covid-Test we have from Canada for re-entry to Singapore airport?
Also we would like to know if we can get a transit visa at Singapore Airport.
My wife and I are Canadian Citizens and have lived in Vancouver for over 25 years.. I would appreciate, if you could let us know at your convenience.

Hi, I was trying to book 2 business class tickets from Vancouver, BC to Singapore for Oct 2022. I cannot select my seat on your website, why? Also I registered on your customer page and got a promo code for 5% discount for a return flight on SQ. There is no space/field to input this promo code on the payment page. I have tried calling the 1-800 supposedly Vancouver reservation no., tried calling the Toronto no. and also the Seattle no. The nos. are either not accessible from my area (Vancouver) or else I was put on hold from 40-45 minutes before I gave up due to long distance charges.
I also tried emailing, no reply. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
