Booked tickets for myself and my wife to Singapore based on Myanmar Times advertisement published in two editions received by us. In this advertisement is mentioned free Singapore explorer pass for tickets bought. No disclaimer for any first 50 or 100 customers or anything like that for limited issue only.
We were at Myanmar Plaza 12-5-2017 first day around 09.15 H. and due to Columbus(our normal ticketing agent) computer breakdown and one lady taking too much time we got actual tickets only later. When finished lucky draw we went home with goodies bag and at home checking noted that there we no promised free Singapore explorer passes in the goodies bag included. Later checked with Columbus and reply was only limited number?
This is certainly misleading advertising if limited to a certain number only if not mentioned in advertisement itself.
We are looking forward to get these promised passes(as per Myanmar Times advertisement) to have access to for example Gardens by the Bay which flowers/plants show have our interest.

Misleading advertisement in most countries is forbidden and being in Myanmar should not enable any party to decide different to avoid having to give away more that they anticipated at first.
Everybody understands what happened to United Airlines when they handled something small in the wrong way.
Trust that 70 years of being in business is not spoiled by something penny wise/pound foolish.
