Good Day Customer Care Services
I hereby would like to enquire as to why SAA staff members at SAA Blantyre Office ignore our calls and emails. We have requested for booking of tickets and reservation of seats in the 4th October 2017. To date the staff member that dealt with our reservation refused to reserve our seats upon request before issuing an invoice.
We have requested for seats to be booked and reserved for the mere fact that both my children and I suffer severe head pressure, my youngest son have grommets and suffer severe earache. This is the very reason why we requested for seats to be booked slightly brhind business class or wing.
Why is it so difficult for your staff memebers to read emails and requests correvtly and follow upon request?
My flight is on the 9th of December and I request for my seats to be booked or the staff member, Chimwewe that dealt with our booking make sure that he corrects his mistake and give us the seats we have requested.
Last Year we experienced the same problem and this seems to be recurring problem from SAA staff.
