Worst airlines ever been traveled in my carrier.
Flight got delayed by 1:30 min and at last minute they changed the gate number and when the last minute was there we requested them at least plz keep 1 person to inform the change of gate number they said as you don’t travel you don’t know this changes happens with SpiceJet very commonly and when we asked for manager of the surat airport he also took the staff side arguing with all the passenger and not accepting the mistake. It was by that we did not missed the flight but the staff was least concern about the passes get it was very rediculous behaviour and aprox 10 passenger would have missed the flight but still they don’t see the staff mistake
