Very bad service,,,, since past 2 weeks we trying to contact the sales managers and the account department and never receiving the calls and no response for the email,,,,
I tried to call you several times today. but not succeeded. message heard as ” all agents are busy ” . I had the same experience before also.
Hence please make a facility to call to your office/agents through Whatsapp / Viber instantly.

Its been more than one month . But i still didnt get the money refund.on 2nd april i got a call from airlines saying as my flight got canceled i can get a full refund.i told them about my refund request. They said to wait for 14 working days.i have emailed twice ,but i didnot get any reply .

This is Nithya. I have booked tickets in Srilankan airlines last year. The trip ID is 200102941106. The ticket number is 603-9485933106, 105 and 104. The PNR is OC6DL5. Due to Corona outbreak the airlines itself cancelled the flight service. But I didn’t receive my refund, even after one year.
I booked the tickets with cleartrip. But now Cleartrip and it’s supplier are not at all taking any responsibility to claim my refund, from the airlines. I’m totally exhausted by waiting for more than one year. Finally now I decided to try from my side, to claim the money.
I request you to do the needful, from your side to refund my money back, as soon as possible.
