Expectant mothers can travel in Tap Air Portugal up to
36 weeks or up to 4 weeks before expected delivery date for an uncomplicated pregnancy
32 weeks

Medical certificate is required if the pregnancy condition is

- doubts about the time of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery;

The Medical Information for Fitness to Travel form (Download the form) must be completed by the passenger’s attending physician and sent to TAP.

Dear Sirs
Greetings. Please revert to the information below. I am unable to contact anybody in South Africa. Our flights were cancelled last year due to the Covid epidemic. I cancelled my flights online with TAP and requested a REFUND. We have absolutely no intention of going anywhere in the near future. All I received from TAP was a refund voucher which does not help me in any way. My wife and I are both pensioners and I am now out of pocket for the tickets I paid for. I have for months now tried every possible route to try and get hold of TAP to assist but absolutely no response from them.

I am trying to phone TAP Airline’s Johannesburg number as per the website and I am told that the number does not exist!
011 455 4908 and 2 others as well staring 011 455. I have tried numerous times and emailed and no response whatsoever to a complain t I have put in regarding a flight delay last month.
