Hi, my daughter has just returned from Norway on your airline and had left her brand new hoodie on one of the planes….she’s not sure if it was between Oslo and Bankok or Bankok and Melbourne.
Her flights were 15/7/17 Oslo to Bankok flight no. TG955 seat number 61a
And 16/7/17 Bankok to Melbourne flight no. TG 461 seat number 37a
If you could see if it’s been found I’d be so grateful. She bought it whilst in Norway and loves it.
    Warmest regards, Clair Acres

I am trying to contact you in regards to something I left on a Thai Airways flight on Tuesday night from Bangkok to Melbourne. No one is answering the phone and there is no line for lost and found available. My name is Laura Di Giorgio Yates and I left my Samsung Tablet on flight TG465 flying out of Bangkok at 12.30am Wednesday am.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Wanting to find out regarding leaving Australia to go to Thailand. No answer and get cut off. Very frustrating and very angry. Where is the customer service. You want us to use your airline but cannot get onto you.

I am trying to find out if I need to have a PCR test before leaving Australia to go to Thailand. Please send me an answer as I have already sent an email regarding something else and still NO response.
