Hi, We are having a lot of trouble getting help from anyone at Thai Airways. One of the reasons is that every one seems to be pushing us around and we seem to be gong in circles.

I would like to know if its possible to change my return flight. I am booked to fly back home on the 31st July fro Paris. Book ref. T7ZHUJ.
I would like if possible to fly back from 19th – 23rd either from Paris or Germany.

    Thank you in anticipation,

    Ebony Lopes

    We are VERY angry
Months ago we took a flight PAris Bkk then BKK Brisbane
Then organised out trip around this flight
Other flights hotels hire cars etc
We booked with Thai as we have found their service to be good AND we due to health reasons etc take flights where possible as day time flights
You have now changed our booking from 9 am to midnight
This with only a few weeks notice
As a great “favour” you suggested we took a flight with another company – as you are well aware this is totally not acceptable as most are at this stage full
    Thanks so much
    So much for “good “service

The Thai Airways app shows the following telephone contact number at Charles De Gaul, Paris: 01 48 64 62 67. However, this number is not in service.

The cancellation send to customer without any reason and solution.
    No phone contact, fake number,…
I don’t know how they can run the business with such kind of thing. If there is I have only one choice is 1 star. I would prefer put it “-“
