Procedures / Documents required to enter Spain from the other countries under COVID 19 situation
As of July 1st, 2020
- All the passengers travelling to Spain from the other countries must sign the Sanitary Control Form (FCS) health control form through online or SpTH mobile app.
- Once you have signed the form, you will retrieve an unique QR code in your device.
- Download the QR code in your mobile or print the QR code to show at the airport health control upon your arrival to Spain. If necessary, a medical evaluation can be performed on arrival.
- Keep your Identity document number (passport, ID, etc.), flight details, Information about your stay in Spain, Email address in hand when you fill the form.
- You must sign and send your electronic form within 2 days, 48 hours, prior to the arrival date, to avoid unnecessary delays during the entry process to Spain.
