I had lost item on thy flight from iad airport (dulles) to Istanbul on may 15, 2017 . it should be in lost and found in Istanbul airport. the item is: rolater walker, red, 4 wheels, hand brakes, seat and small basket under seat. it has address labels in several places with kent or ayla Drummond name on the labels. if found, please inform kent Drummond at 410-381-6410 and via e-mail: akdrummond@msn.com
We need to change our travel plan and not able to reach Expedia, what options we have as customer service is asking to go to sales office or call Expedia.
Call the international number. I got through very quickly. I was instructed to go to Dulles to the ticket counter to have a refund issued (which is stupid). But its something. Hope that helps
Did you have to make an appointment with the Dulles Center or did you just show up and they gave you your refund. I am in the same boat, but I am trying to reach the counter at the Airport and no one is answering. I don’t want to drive 2.5 hours away and get to the counter and find out i need to make an appointment. Your experience will be beneficial for me and thank you in advance
I had booked a return flight on Turkish airline from Washington to KHI for Feb 19th to April 8th. My return flight was cancelled many times and I came on a different airline. Since May I am trying to get my refund on my one way flight back with no luck. I have sent messages on your website on the Feedback Management Center, called your call center and nobody can resolve my issue. I only travel on Turkish and am pretty disappointed about this process. I live in Minnesota and there are no sales office here. The closest will be Chicago about 16 hours of drive both ways. Some of my friends were lucky through Boston and Toronto office to get their refund. I am thinking to ask my son or daughter to visit your office with my info, but I don’t wether it will work or not.

Am very disappointed by the way the Turkish airline is handling its clients. 2353355828220C1 This person is stranded at Istanbul after he was denied to board to his final destination and the have failed to return him to his original country they are asking him to pay extra money for a return ticket yet he had a return ticket which he did not use and his travel agent is telling him he can not make any changes to his ticket it’s the airlines to do the necessary coz they already canceled his ticket and he has no money to pay for the request ticket. Please anyone concerned act immediately the person spent all night sitted at the airport upto now
