Local phones in Ashgabat seem not working. Nobody answers.
The phone is working, they just never answer
I (Jill Lakhan) was on board Turkish Airline flight #0383 from Tbilisi to Asgabad, Turkmenistan on Oct. 12 and I am missing my luggage.
