    We have three passengers that arrived on 03 July in Riyadh on TK0144. They boarded TK1972 from LHR on 02 July 2022. Passengers were denied entry due to visa problems. They boarded ET413 on 4th July from RUH to LLW via ADD
    Unfortunately their bags were not forwarded on flight ET413.

    We left a laptop arriving to Istanbul from Dublin in the pocket in front of our seat , we rushed to our connection to Tel Aviv. Arriving in the airpline to Tel Aviv we found out we forgot the laptop in the first airplane. We spoke to the steward who made a few calls and advised to call the Tel Aviv office. The Tel Aviv office does not answer. They do not publish their mail either. So no contact possible.

    The flight from Taiwan to Istanbul was delayed, thus making me unable to make my Turkey to Chicago flight.

    I tried to resolve my problem telephonically at your call centre in Greece, but to no avail.
    I am writing to request personal assistance from Turkish Airlines because I need to ensure that I have an isle seat on my return flight Athens/Istanbul/Cape Town on 16 August 2022. I had great difficulties trying to check in online when I departed from Cape Town on 18 June 2022. I was unable to select an isle seat because the seat allocation did not allow me to do so. Fortunately your helpful staff in Cape Town managed to give me an aisle seat when I arrived for departure at Cape Town Airport. I had a foot reconstruction a year ago and I have a lot of pain and constriction when I fly. I am concerned for the long flight home and worry about getting a Thrombosis (blood clots in my veins) from lack of circulation. I am feel very apprehensive if I cannot stretch my left leg leg from time to time. I am not in a financial position to pay for pre-selected ticket and I do not feel that my request warrants me having to pay since it is medical condition and not a luxury request. Please can you assist and allocate a seat for me in any row in isles D and J (Boeing 777) Athens/Istanbul Sector and any seat in any row in Isles D and H (Boeing 787) Istanbul/Cape Town Sector.     Our names are Michael and Angela Caldwell on Sunday 26 th June 2022 we flew on a flight from Antalya to Istanbul. Our booking reference for this flight was TUVUB7. The flight was due to leave at 11:20 but was delayed and didn’t leave until 15:30. We arrived in Istanbul at 17:00. This meant that we missed our connecting flight with Emirates from Istanbul to Dubai which left at 16:25. We have a claim in with our travel insurance to reimburse us for the purchase of new tickets . They require an email from Turkish Airlines stating why our flight was delayed. On the day we were told delay was due to mechanical issues with the plane at another destination and that had to be rectified before flying to Antalya – could you please confirm this in a return email?
    We purchased our replacement tickets from Turkish Airlines at the Istanbul Airport ticket office for flight TK0758
    leaving at 21:05 on Sunday 26 th June. We also require a copy of that itinerary including purchase price for these tickets.
    We would appreciate this information in a return email as soon as possible so as we can forward this requested information onto our travel insurance company. We lodged our claim on 3rd July but due to the high number of claims being dealt with our travel insurance company has only just got back to us requesting this extra information.

    my name is Irina Pavlova, and I am trying to get back from Istanbul to Milan. I bought my ticket through the GOTOGATE website on May 22, 2022 round trip for August 29. on July 9 I received an email from the GOTOGATE agency side informing me that the flight was cancelled. after writing to both the agency and the Turkish Airlines office in Milan I was assigned another return flight on the same day later. At the time when I wanted to checkin online for this flight I learn that it has changed again without any explanation of the reason and without receiving the cancellation information from the airline side. The Gotogate agency changed my flight for the third time moving it this time for September 2. Since I have the connecting flight I had to pay to move the first flight for the same date. The same evening my ticket is cancelled again, the notice of which arrives in my electronic box. I go to the agency’s website, Turkish Airlines website and other ticket resellers and find that my first flight has not been canceled, only my ticket, and secondly, that on these sites they are selling tickets for September 2 for the same flight I was denied. Now Turkish Airlines and its GOTOGATE Agency have to explain their fraudulent behavior to me!

    I was to leave Manchester originally on the 2nd of October but then you cancelled my connecting flight from Istanbul to Colombo as a result of which I had to fly on the 30th September. After flying to Colombo when I arrived for my return flight to Colombo airport on the 2nd of November I was told that the flight was cancelled and that I had to fly the following day. It was only at the Check in desk that I was told of the cancellation. This caused me immense problems as I had paid for pick up from Manchester airport on the 3rd of November and also I had to be in UK on the 3rd of November to order my medication.I had to phone my husband who was away at the time to inform him, in addition to having to unpack my bag to take out new clothes etc. All these caused a lot of hassle and I wish to ask for compensation which I believe I am entitled to. I wrote to you earlier too but since I have had no response i am writing again.

    Hi, my name’s Samson, I traveled from London to Uganda on the 1/11/22 by Turkish airlines 612 from Heathrow airport and the time we’re in London the plan flight was delayed.

    However, I was on my right time I was checked on time. Unfortunately when we reached Istanbul airport I missed my plane. I try to explain to someone from the agency they’re no one and I believe the aircraft and the board they supposed to communicate that passengers are already in the plan that delayed.

    So once I reached in Istanbul I tried to explain my situation and they don’t listen to me and they told me I should wait for the coming plane which means I should wait inside Istanbul airport for almost 19hours In which I’m not happy with the plan they provided me and I’ve paid my insurance ticket in case of something happened. I lost my plan and I missed my program because I supposed to arrived to Uganda on the 02/11/22. However I reached on the 3/11/22 and I missed my all programs I was having.

    Although In which I couldn’t get enough help because I believe once I paid the insurance they supposed to change my plan ticket by different way to reach my program.

    The plan was so good and service is good but the only thing I complain is instead of I reach on my time to my program because of the delayed happened I’ve lost all my programs. So, please I want to you to contact me. I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards Samson

    To Turkish airlines Bahrain, please see the response from Turkish airlines which is so pathetic and irresponsible. I have prepared a reply but I am not even given an email ID to reply. Can you please forward this to concerned higher officials?

    Dear Elanur Sir

    Please note I need my concern escalated to your higher officials to provide me a solution. Your response is totally unacceptable and unprofessional without providing any justification for incurring cost and delay. It is purely your inability to read and understand the documents inspite of providing all the proof of document.

    Please clarify when my passport and visa was expired, how did you collect money from me and allowed me to travel in subsequent Turkish airlines flight and how did Bahrain allow me to enter and leave the country in Turkish airline to reach Dublin.

    It appears your team was unable to even check a passport validity and visa validity. See attached documents to prove these documents are still valid an I request someone who has potential to read and check documents to review it again as this is not my fault but indicates your intention was only to make money from passengers.

    I need to solution to repay my money which was collected without any valid reason or please note this will be escalated to international air travel departments such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)Airhelp and the U.S. Department of Transportation until I get justice.

    I am attaching my feedback notes to make it a record that I can forward when I don’t get justice from Turkish airline.

    This is to add to my previous feedback. My name is Raghavi Prem Kumar. I am uploading my passport, Bahrain visa, passport pages that show entry to Bahrain in April 22 and exit in May 2022.
    Turkish airlines in Dublin checked all my documents and issued boarding pass up to Bahrain but Turkish airline staff in Isthanbul were unable to understand these documents and were very rude while I was denied boarding to my Bahrain flight inspite of showing all documents including my passport with stamps in and out of Bahrain. The one year multiple visa I had was issued by Bahrain with a note that it would expire in 90 days if I don’t enter Bahrain. When this was not understood by your staff it is very sorry to comment further. I also downloaded my Bahrain visa from my phone online and showed the expiry date that was available online but your staff lied that they checked and there is no valid visa. My father in Bahrain spoke to Bahrain immigration at the same time and got message that there is no issue with my visa but your staff did not listen to that and misinformed me and behaved very rudely and asked me to go back to Dublin. After the flight left they asked me to pay more to change the ticket and bullied me by not listening to any of my cry. It was so frightful to stay there so my father asked me to pay any amount to get out of Turkish airline staff in Isthanbul. Your operations team manager who did all this to me and included was ticketing staff. They spoke in local language so that I don’t understand and made sure I don’t board the flight. I am now back in Dublin after spending one week with my parents and spouse in Bahrain with the same visa by paying more money for no fault of mine. With this it was quite evident that Turkish airlines was mere interested to exploit and make money from me. I am not sure if there is anyone in Turkish airlines would be genuine who can help to review my case but I am making an effort so that no other lady passenger gets this rude treatment in the middle of the night stranded alone by Turkish airline.
