No one is answering phone. I need to talk to someone about my ticket right away.
Horrible service. No one is receiving the phone. Waste of time. I never recommend Turkish airlines for others.

This office is literally a joke.
Worst airline and customer service ever existed , the customer service agents yelled at me and raised his voice with the attitude of i can’t answer you since i don’t have a knowledge about our website and policy…. is that even possible????? my mind is exploding right now.
Dealing with Turkish Airline customer Service is one of the worse experience in my history of travel.
1) Getting to the Automated Phone System to pick up the call is a misery
2) Once you get in, welcome to wait line (1-2 hours)
3) Finally Customer Service, hard to hear due to broken lines at their end. Unsure of what cheap service they utilized for Customer Service and the Representative are not that great either (understaffed, overburdened with call volume, they easily snap and drop your calls)
I am a Emirates Customer. My stupidity, I allowed my family member to book the flight as they were going with us. First attempt to try Turkish Airline and the worse misery I brought to myself. I will remember this for life and there will be no future travel through Turkish Airline.
Worse Experience Ever!!!!!
I have called literally every single sales office for Turkish airlines in the United States for support with a reservation issue. I’ve been told by the call center that only a sales office can help me but they refuse to connect me or offer a way to get in touch to resolve this. Not a single one of them answers the phone on any of the extensions. No one replies to emails. The call center tells me to wait for a call from a sales office that does not come. This is quite literally the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
