ma fille Oumalkeir Aden Ahmed a acheté un ticket de voyage à Casablanca (Maroc) le 04 octobre pour partir le dimanche 09 octobre 2022 Djibouti/Istanbul/Djibouti de 23h55 à 05h40 et de 11h00 à 13h50. Accompagné à l’aéroport d’Ambouli de Djibouti. lors de l’Enregistrement, elle s’est vu refusé le boarding de l’avion pour la simple raison que son ticket était erroné, car la fille de l’Agence Turkish a noté le 09 Mars au lieu du 09 octobre 2022. Grâce à cette erreur fatale ma fille a été refoulé de l’aéroport vers 01h00 du soir par un ami motorisé du quartier Hodane. A la date du lundi 10 octobre vers 08h00 je me rends avec ma fille à l’Agence Turkish pour soumettre ma réclamation du ticket, et de trouver une solution négociée pour un nouveau vol. La demoiselle sans s’inquiète de la situation le moral de ma fille Oumalkeir m’informe pour le prochain prévu le samedi 15 octobre, il faut payer le double de l’ancien ticket acheté à 87.500 FDJ soit la somme de 171.500 FDJ. C’est pourquoi, je dépose une plainte à l’encontre l’Agence Turkish Airlines pour réclamer des dommages et intérêts, car elle agit en connaissance de cause pour ruiner le moral, déstabiliser le moral de ma petite fille résidant à Ali Sabieh de supporter encore des charges et rater sa scolarité à l’étranger (Casablanca). Je demanderais aux Juridictions djiboutiennes de m’accorder pour ce que de droit concernant le cas de ma jeune fille démoralisée et victime d’une erreur commise par l’Agence Turkish Airlines
