Dear Sirs, regarding the COVID 19 situation my flight (e-ticket 2355591538920) to Isfahan via Istanbul was cancelled and I received an e-mail requesting me to contact you. I did so Saturday morning to your call center and rescheduled the flight to October 3rd. The agent told me I would shortly get an e-mail with the new confirmation and rebooking coordinates. Because I didn’t get it until Monday morning I phoned your call center today again and the agent informed me that the rebooking had not been completed by the previous colleague and though he tried he could not complete it. He therfore passed me onto another department, which again did not solve the problem due to constant phone interferences telling me to call later. I am trying to get a refund of 445.90 euros for my flights that Turkish Airlines cancelled last March 2020.

One month ago I visited your office at Lisbon’s airport and filled out refund request forms and provided information about my Portuguese bank account.
I am 80 years old and because I use 2 crutches it took 4 hours to get to the airport and another 4 hours to return to my home in Costa de Caparica.
When I used your feedback option 4 times I am advised either that my issues are resolved or that I must contact the Turkish Airlines Lisbon office.

in this janawary 23 iam taking flight from lisbon airport to istanbun turkey to kathmandu nepal
but i have a one problem i had a covid-19 positive before 2 weeks ago but now iam fully recovered i dont have any samptoms but iam worries about if do test next time its have a possibility to show report positive again but iam no more contagious person. then i ask my doctor and medical they told me i dont have to recheck they just giving me 1 report thats told iam not contagious no more . my question is can i traval with that report/ medical declaration? i am waiting your advice

I am still waiting for a refund regarding the booking reference VAXCNF, a flight that was cancelled May 2020 due to the Covid19. I have been contacting you by email and by phone, but so far the refund for a 542 USD ticket has not happened.
