Dear Turkish Airlines,
I would like to ask about the baggage allowance. My booking number is CHNL-9245849. It is written that my check in baggage is 30 kg.
My question is whether I am allowed to bring one suitcase with one box and the total amount for those two is 30 kgs.
My second question is whether the cabin baggage is 8 kgs.

I will be travelling from Manila to Istanbul on the 29th of December. I have 2 suitcases which i would like to take with me. Both luggage weigh 23 kg. Is this allowed with Turkish Airlines.
My booking No. is 8570543757 and flying to Cologne on 16th January 2022 through Istanbul. My booking says I can take hand luggage and scrolling down, it also says that I have one bag 40kg yet there is no checked in luggage. I am a bit confused and need clarity. It is the first time I am travelling and there is no mention of 2 bags of 20kg each. In case there is no checked in luggage, how much do two checked in suitcases cost if I purchase at the airport in Nairobi or can I purchase these online?

I booked my tickets from Houston to Islamabad with Turkish air line, but due to covid-19 it has cancelled many times now we have reached back with special flight, I want refund now but no body received call in Islamabad Turkish office. Please arrange for refund.

I want to know how much as extra baggage from South Africa to Lisbon will cost?
Do i need to book online prior to going to airport or can i pay at airport? and what will the cost be at the airport please.
I have seen in one place one piece of luggage 23-32kg will cost USD 80 yet this is not the price if I try booking online …. it is much much more costly.
None of the telephone numbers i have tried seem to be working hence need an urgent reply from you please.

we fly from brussels to izmir airport mederes , in januari the 14. flightnumber TK1942 ticketnumber 2359567621339 my name is CHRIS COUSSENS.
