    Good morning. I travelled with a baby on Turkish Airline No. 0415 to Moscow yesterday seat No. 18A. I forgot my bottle under the seat it had millet porridge in it. Is there a possibility of getting it back. I really need it because it helps me a lot when travelling with kids.

    Dear Support Team,

    I would like to ask for an urgent refund of my unsuccessful flights from the “Turkish Airlines”

    Whilst we were waiting for our flight (2355886293054, 2355886293055), we went to the registration table when 45mins were left before the departure, and the service team of “Turkish Airlines” categorically refused to make a registration for us saying that “We are too late” (45mins were still left, we waited hours at the airport since the very morning) and other people were also present, who apparently happened to be in the same situation. She, the worker, apparently “called us out 4 times” in a row, of which neither us nor the others standing by heard anything of.

    As we understood there was no other way out, and an immediate refund was nowhere in reach, we had to buy new tickets, but this time we decided to go to Austria (where our uncle awaited us). Due to the incompetence and stubborn behaviour of the “Turkish Airlines” team, I was forced to exchange extra 2300ā‚¬ (which we saved up for our holidays..!!) into Rubles and buy straight there new tickets.

    Me and my friend were utterly heartbroken to find out only after we already PAID, that even with our Italian visa which was SCHENGEN to all EU countries, our first entry country must still be Italy! (otherwise the Austrian department would immediately deport us back to Turkey)

    Due to all these circumstances happening one after another, we happened to be in a hurry and forgot to make a refund for the Tickets to Austria, Vienna, and instead immediately bought seperate tickets to Italy, Rome.

    In a nutshell, we lost first, 1.735 ā‚¬ (145 526,00 rubles) for the first unsuccessful flight, afterwards i exchanged in a hurry 2300 ā‚¬ into rubles with a high tax commission at the airport and bought for another 157 644,00 rubles new tickets to Austria, where Austria was out of option due to my Italian Visa! Whereas I had to buy new tickets to Italy, Rome, for another 300ā‚¬+ extra…! —- Thanks to “Turkish AIrlines” we lost just in a couple of hours 4.335 ā‚¬, which left us without proper holidays this year!

    We hope for your understanding and a refund of our big loss of honest earned money, which was actually planned for the trip with my friend. We always prefered the “Turkish Airlines”, but this time we got very upset and felt utterly scammed.
