My name is Kalid Kabel and i had a round trip ticket from Cairo to Cleveland (US) dated 17 Dec. to 30 Dec. My ticket no. is 016-1996660553-54, its reserved with 2 pieces of baggage’s. I traveled US with my 2 bags but, when i come back to Egypt your employer in the Cleveland airport insist to make me pay 150$ for my second bag or leave it in US. Therefore, i paid the money to tack my second bag with me also it was mentioned in my ticket. Please take the necessary action to give my money back ASAP. I am waiting your response.

i have booked 2 tickets from the 27th of Dec till the 15th of Jan 2019, with specif good timings, and i proceeded with the payment, then after the payment i got another flight details that will make me spend 1d 13 h in each trip, which is something i have never chose and i would never accept such a mistake.

We are heading for Chicago via Frankfurt on the 28th of Dec
since we have dietary requirements regarding our food and we eat Halal meat only, I contacted your office in Cairo and I was told that you don’t offer except Kosher meals
would you please explain why this is happening
and why couldn’t you serve Halal meat even when we try to notify you 5 days earlier
Our Itinerary is: Cairo – Frankfurt via Lufthansa and Frankfurt to Chicago via United Airlines
Lufthansa has no authority in changing any meals requirements..That’s what I have been told by them.
