What is your address in Ireland. I was on two flights both of which were delayed more than 5 hours. I want to submit a claim under EU law. They also damaged my case each way.
Waiting on the line for united airlines used up 5 euro of credit. I ran out of credit when I finally got through to help. The fee for staying on the line is far too high

I have a question regarding baggage allowance – if you are travelling translatlantic it says on the website that you are permitted to carry a carry on bag and a personal item. I am travelling transatlantic Dublin-LAX with a stopover in Newark. My question is whether or not I will be afforded the same baggage allowance on the second connecting flight from Newark to LAX. While it is technically an internal flight it is part of a Dublin-LAX journey booked with United Airlines.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or response.

My name is Carmel O’Brien. My husband and I booked two internal flights with United Airlines from Newark to Grand Rapids, Michigan and from Grand Rapids on the 4th and the 8th of August 2022 respectively. The latter flight was cancelled and we were forced to make alternative arrangements other than flying to connect with our international flight from Chicago to Dublin.
I have tried to connect with United Airlines customer services by both email and phone but I cannot seem to do so properly. I am simply seeking a refund for the flight from Grand Rapids to Chicago.
