To whom it may concern ,
It was a disappointment my flight got cancelled due to natural disaster, but it was huge disappointment when i rebooked my ticket and be turned down…. First their was no set time when checking time started never the less after rebooking i was advise to check in online because cash was no longer and option at the counter. I ask the the young lady so if i don’t have a credit card what am i to do, their was no options given by her.
The following day i tried checking in online using my friends credit card but it kept redirecting me to check in at the airport. I called my friend who lives in washington dc to try on her end to check me in but she was getting the same results,checkin at the airport. She then call united airline customer service but he also could not get any results…. I went back to the airport with hopes of using my bank card but i was told it cannot be used it must be credit card, so here i am having to rebook agin shortening my vacation time because of your uninformed employee, who should of given me and option to go to the office in Port Of Spainto pay with cash or pay online if i had a credit card… I am greatful for the young lady i met lastnite she was helpful and kept her posture with great customer service… she gave me the option to pay at the POS office hopefully it workout for me….Management should take into consideration other alternatives to accommodate customer who don’t have credit card and don’t want credit card …. Also when you buy ticket online it does not percifiy cash or credit at the airport counter….

I am interested in booking return tickets for my children (11 & 8 yrs old) to travel to the US as Unaccompanied Minors from 14/7/18-6/8/18. Cost of interested ticket is $3163.00 pp. However, I would like clarification on the following:
1) Can I book online for both of them on the same booking/ confirmation, so that I can pay 1 chaperone fee for both of them?
2) Do I have to make chaperone payment at time of booking or can that be paid closer to trip date?
3) Can I use both, a linx card and a Credit card to complete transaction online? Or please advise accordingly.

I tried calling United Airlines Trinidad today / phone kept ringing and no one answered. Tried at different times 3 times for the day. When it wasn’t ringing(and not being answered) there would just be a busy tone.
This site does not contain a contact number for the pos off of United airlines or an email address so how are customers supposed to contact them. If the information on your site was better, the office will be contactable. Kindly respond to this email leaving a contact number for the pos office of united airlines and an email address as soon as possible.
Hi ,I must express how dissatisfied I am with United airlines service on the 22.08.19. Firstly, it sucks that with your basic economy you cannot bring a carry on while other airline who with the basic economy allow you to.I tried checking in online the day before and was told that It couldn’t be completed. I then spoke to an agent who said that I can download the app or check in at the airport. When I got to the airport I was informed that my suitcases were overweight which I didn’t have a problem which but what got me upset was that , the agent told me $400US dollars for my suitcases, when one of the scales weren’t showing a weight. When I told her that the scale didn’t show a weight she was admant that I pay $400 US. I refused to move my luggage or pay, the other agent saw what I was talking about and told her, that she couldn’t see a weight so she need to check the scale before charging me $400US. Eventually she told me $270 US for my luggage, I was charged $30US for my first piece, $40, for my second piece, and $200. for over weight, but correct me if I am wrong but on your website and itenery it was stated that overweight luggage cost $70US dollars if it’s over 50 lbs. Something is amiss here. Is it a money making scheme? Had I not insisted that I wasn’t seeing the weight of my second suitcase , I would have foolishly paid $400 US to United. Your information is very misleading. The seat I got was was the very last and it was very, very uncomfortable and I am very short and small in stature, I had pains in my knees and back after a few hours in the air. Most folks in the seating next to me complained of the same and also about your luggage policy and vowed never to travel with united again. In tje month of June my mom a US citizen had a similar experience with your airline and vowed never to travel with your airline again. For me it was my first and last with United and have started sharing my experience with others who I know travel to the US. Your service sucks!
Haven’t received my refund after canceling flight last year April
Are there any news as to when United Airlines will fly again to TT? Soon after the Government announced opening the borders, I tried making a reservation and the system allowed me to confirm a flight from POS to Houston on September 26, I paid for the ticket, and a couple of weeks after that, I received a message telling me that the flight had been cancelled.
