Tôi có 1 kiện hành lý (KL380993) đi từ Franfurkt đến Vietnam transit ở Hà Nội trước khi vào Sài Gòn, ký hiệu chuyến bay KL1763/24NOV/VN36/24NOV/VN247.Tuy nhiên, hành lý của tôi đã không có khi chuyến bay tới sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất ngày 25/11/2022.
Tôi khai báo thất lạc hành lý với Trung Tâm Thất lạc hành lý tại sân bay TSN ngày 25/11/2022.
Và hôm nay, lúc 14.45 ngày 26/11/2022, tôi đã rất nhiều lần liên hệ qua số ĐT 028.35470415 (có ghi giờ làm việc 8.00-23.00) đẻ biết kết quả về kiện hành lý của mình, nhưng chỉ hoặc là báo bận, hoặc là chuông reo nhưng không ai bắt máy.
Còn số hotline 19001100 thì mãi tự động, tôi không thể tìm được thôing tin hành lý của tôi. Số ĐT 024.38272289 được ghi 24/7 trên khắp thông tin thì tôi chỉ nghe chuông reo nhiều lần mà không si nhấc máy.
Cho tôi hỏi, dịch vụ của VNairlines là vậy sao? Chỉ bán vé và thu tiền là ngay và luôn? Công làm thất lạc hành lý của tôi thì không thể liên lạc được. 24/7 như vậy sao? Tôi đề nghị nên bỏ sử dụng các line ĐT đi, để khỏi phải mất phí thuê bao, vì có đặt ĐT nhưng không liên hệ được thì chẳng ích gì.
