I’m trying to book a round trip from Mumbai to London but cannot succeed on your website despite several attempts. The two contact numbers for India are not reachable.
Mr. Vinod Shenoy Booking Club nr 1082220680

Hi Vin, I am sorry but I am unable to provide you flight quotes via this service. Here is a link to view the various ways to get in contact with us.

    https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/contact-us.html
I’ve sent emails yesterday and today and received acknowledgements from Virgin and said I would be contacted, but nothing has happened. The phone numbers for India cannot be reached. Your website does not respond and I aim to travel next Friday.

Our email service and this service are unable to make a booking for you. As our contact centre is an inbound centre we are not able to arrange a call out. The only way you would be able to book is online or by ringing our contact centre. What is the error message you are receiving when trying to book this online? Frances.

I’ve posted the error message above your message.
The India Contact Centre numbers are not reachable.

Flying Club: +1-800-102-3000 (toll free), +91-124-4693030

That error code means that when we were trying to take payment your card has declined. Our India contact lines are open and working so I am unsure why you are not able to reach them. Frances.
I’ve tried your contact numbers from our landline and mobiles. The telephone exchange informed me that none of the numbers have been activated as yet.
If I book through MakeMyTrip do I still get my miles etc.?

Oh Ok, I have just raised this for this to be looked into. Yes, as long as you add your Flying Club number to the booking then you can earn miles. Frances.
Thanks I’ll do that then. I’m not sure that the rest of our delegation is willing to do so. None of us have been able to pay on your website or could get in contact with your India offices.

    Hi
I travelled from London to Mumbai yesterday. At the airport, a sudden surprise requirement was prompted on me. Virgin travel declaration form was required. This was not informed by the airline to me and various other customers as lots of them were queuing up to meet that requirement at the airport and some of them could not do it as they were not IT experts hence could not travel. This was diabolical. Why airline did not inform the customers beforehand?
Next question is that, is something like this is required for my return journey at the Mumbai airport to London on 25 th October. Also, if yes, then where can i find the form.?

I have been trying to contact you for the past 4 days on +911244693030 but after holding for 45 minutes system disconnected me every time. Please contact me via WhatsApp on 00447976436245

  • PS

The worst airline with pathetic services. You can’t change your booking online. You can’t access their website in any other country. Very racist to indian clients. Would strongly recommend air india or emirates
