I have been trying for over a week to speak with some one with regards upgrading our seats for May 2022, but found this impossible so far. Used many different numbers and then press this or that, and still no nearer to an answer, can you help please?
If you booked directly with the airline on their website, you can do your upgrade yourselves through the booking and pay the necessary fees directly through the website.
However, if your booking was done by a travel agent or some other online booking platform, it is the agent or the company that owns the booking platform that should be contacted for the upgrade, they will use their booking platform to get the upgrade done for you without needing to do it with the airline.

You are okay. It is not necessary to add middlenames to your booking if your surnames and firstnames are correct as used on the bookings. You can only ask your agents to insert your APIS on the booking which is your passports datapage info on the booking for all 4 of you, that is at no charge. It can also be done by you directly through the Virgin website to add your passport information. With that you’re good to go.
