Dear Sir/Madam,
I was at the Xiamen Gaoqi Airport on 3 Feb 2020. At the security checkpoint, my laptop was dropped when handled by the security officer. After I reached Singapore, my laptop screen blanked out and there was no display. Please let me know if there is anyway to handle this issue. Thank you.

I want to complain more about the airport, because I cant forget until now. I flight to europe and transit to xiamen airport in July. very bad international airport in the world, I went there for transit and the staff can not speak english properly, the flight attendants also cant speak english for international airline, what I hate the most the staff in the bagage service at the airport seems like bullying us just because he explained to me about I can bring the bottle but not the water when we dont understand about his STUPID english. The he started ask “where am I from”? then I answered “Indonesia” he started laughing with other staff and talking with chines,VERY BAD Staff hospitality ever in the world. He even used body languange the most rather then Speaking english.And this airport doesnt have internet connection with people from abroad. I wish I will never visit this country. They dont know a lot chines living in indonesia and we are treat them nice. TOO BAD airline and airport.
