    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was at the Xiamen Gaoqi Airport on 3 Feb 2020. At the security checkpoint, my laptop was dropped when handled by the security officer. After I reached Singapore, my laptop screen blanked out and there was no display. Please let me know if there is anyway to handle this issue. Thank you.
