The telephone number remains the same. The office timings are MON to FRI 9 AM to 5 PM
The response from customer care team is really poor. Phone calls don’t get picked up at all. Air India keeps changing timing for the flights and does not respond to customer queries. Senior citizens suffer a lot because of such poor managed service.
Everytime I have tried to call the customer service call center (toll free USA number), it says wait time 10 minutes, you wait for 30 minutes, but no answer even after that. This is frustrating when one wants to change a booking date. Very bad customer service.
I tried to call ticketing office 001-312-7828763, and says this number is no longer in service.
Air India are Irresponsible no information about my baggage i have my medication… very bad Customer care… Ridiculous, reckless…

Very bad service. The customer service representatives do not know anything. Even they could not retrieve the cancelled ticket info. I spent almost 3 hours but nothing happened.
They stole a $1,015USD from me. I was sent an email asking if I would like to upgrade the second leg of my flight from DEL to ORD. I entered my payment info and was charged $1,015USD and then at the airport was told that I was not upgraded. I am ok not being upgraded but they never refunded me my money. I reached out numerous times providing all the evidence yet no refund has been issued. The customer service rep keeps asking for the same screenshot and then they don’t reply.
