On 24.01.2017 i walked into the KQ office at the junction along Ngong Road to book a ticket and the staff there are awesome.
thanks to a lady by the name Alice she took her time to explain to me the routes /charges till i got my ticket.

its difficult to get in touch with your junction office they keep you holding for hours and with a very irritating recording ‘thank you for holding ”
we waste our airtime just holding waitng to be connected. please put a toll free number. in this day and age its insensitive and poor customer service to place a number that you never pick and its on hold through out. that kind of customer service stinks.
i was trying to book a ticket and i could not get anyone to talk to.
I am booked on Kenya Airways flight DL9158 from Nairobi to Amsterdam on May 4, 2019. This flight is in conjunction with Delta Airlines. I wish to make a seat selection prior to May 4 and prefer Economy Comfort if available. Also I would prefer an aisle seat. If aisle is not available, I prefer a window seat.
