I am trying since 18 May to get a painting back that disappeared while I was.in transit Istanbul from Cape town to Amsterdam. Mr Tanik in Schiphol told me he will arrange that painting will be send from istanbul to Amsterdam, where Mr Vroegop will pick it up. So far no news. Turkish Airlines in Istanbul airport transit area refused to help me. Mr vroegops telephone nr is +31653872682 or +31226382382. His address is in Noord-Scharwoude.
All I am.asking is that Turkish airlines take responsibility. Mr Tanik told us on 17 June that the painting will be send from Istanbul list and found to Schiphol. I also spoke to Baggage service management 15 or 16 june. All I want is that the painting be send from Istanbul so Schiphol. Mr Vroegop will pick it up. Or that. Painting is returned to me. If you send it to cape town i will arrange a courier from cape town to Swellendam. If you send it to Schiphol, mr Vroegop will get it. If they helped.me at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul, this would have not happened. 18 May: 4 hours in transit. I went there 3 times. They IGNORED ME AND WERE RUDE. Although I was the.only customer. There were four people on duty. Two women and two men.

I have a flight ticket 11 March Teh-Köln and go back 14 March, I want to change my back flight from 14 to 30 March. Normally you pay 50$ and I have flexible ticket. I wet to turkish airlines office in tehran. They say , you have to pay 180 euro!!! Why?!
I am having a hard time to speak to someone at the sales office amsterdam. There are no signs to see if someone is available and no person from your company TK to ask. Should I wait or leave. No clue if someone of TK is at Schiphol Airport Hal 3.
I am trying for more than half an hour to become a Frequent Flyer on your website. It’s impossible! First of all I do not live in any of the cities that we have to choose from!
