    I am asking you for help because I can not enforce the recompense for the damaged baggage from AIR CAIRO for 2 months, there is no reaction from the Air Cairo Directorate.
    At the same time, I would like to say that I am in love with Egypt and I have been practically touring almost all the tourist cities for 20 years and leave each time in Egypt for about 1000 USD for two weeks, I am 3 times a year. The bungalow was broken by the airline and they pay me 30 Euros and the appraiser’s appraisal price is 250 Euros.
    I am asking Mr. Minister for help for a tourist who loves to return to Egypt.

    British Airways flight No 154 scheduled to depart Cairo airport at 8 am today August 1,2018 to London was cancelled due to unknown reasons, up till this moment at 14.00 pm the passengers are stuck at the airport and no one gave them proper advice and were not provided any accommodations. My whole family is stuck at Cairo airport, they were scheduled to leave London to the United States today, they missed all the flights and no one is taking care of them. Please help all the passenger , we will take all the possible legal measures . WE count on you to interfere immediately. Thank you

    Dear Sir/Madame,
    My flight SV312A from Cairo to Riyadh , was scheduled to fly 19:50 on August 15th 2018. They send us a message saying it was delayed to 2:30 on th 16th. Then when we arrived at the airport, they told us it’s delayed to 4:30 without any reason. Then they said it will be delayed to 7:30, then they said 8:45 and we are still waiting. We have children and old people with medication among us. Please help us if you can to get the appropriate compensation.

        I have booked a ticket in November 19 from your travel agency in china using WeChat app and tried to contact with this travel agency but they didn’t reply by mail so I contacted with Turkish airlines to solve this problem or to refund my ticket but the company put my ticket as open ticket and no I’m calling the company again to reschedule my ticket to come back to China but the company told me to contact with the travel agency which I booked my ticket but they didn’t reply

        I need help,Egyptair didnt deliver my bags because the flight was full and i made a complaint and they are ignoring my calls and emails, i need help as i have important medications in my luggages, egypt air flight Ms936 flight from doha airport to cairo airport 1st of march.
        They didnt deliver any of my luggages and iam now waiting for 4 days with nothing .

    I would like the phone number of IATA Cairo office as I am leaving Egypt and I have more than $US10,000 to declare. I will be traveling with $US30,000 and I understand it is not illegal as long as I declare it upon leaving. Firstly I would like to know where to declare it and what paperwork you seek. This money is inheritance after the death of my father and I am carrying with me, my share, my mother’s share and my sister’s share.
