Very poor and bad experience by air Arabia staff at Sialkot airport Pakistan rude and racist they ask u more money to get your boarding pass if you don’t pay them some extra you won’t be able to take your flight and the great thing is that air Arabia will never refund you bravo the policy

I order a ticket and after trying to pay I fall on an error page, then tried again and the same thing again.
then I decided to buy km through another company and that worked.
after a few hours i check my bank account and i see 2 times money disappearing by air arabia while i got an email that i can still pay for the flight.
how is it possible that people get an error code that makes you think that it was not successful and then still withdraw money from my bank.?
they have paid 1 time back but for the 2nd flight I get nothing.
it’s a technical issue on their part.
