    Subject: Complaint against Mr:Touseef so called Manager of AIR ARABIA sales shop Taif(ABY) IATA CODE :12345712
    Respected Sir,
    I would like to drive your attention to one worst incident occurred with me by your employee Mr.TOUSEEF.
    I had made reservations for my two daughters through this agent of sales office Taif(ABY) IATA CODE :12345712 and this booking was made of return ticket with one common PNR number49519798 .Due to some iqama renewal issues I wanted to cancel one seat out of these two seats.I went to branch office & informed to agent Mr.Hakeem accordingly ,that I want to cancel the seat of Miss.Ramsha Hassan and let’s keep the seat of Arooba Hassan but by mistake Mr:Hakeem he did cancelation the seat of Miss. Arooba Hassan and verbally informed me that the seat of Miss.Ramsha Hassan has been cancelled.
    The departure date of my daughters was dated 11/9/2017 I went to branch office to separate the ticket of Miss: Arooba Hassan that time Mr.: Sajid told me that Arooba ticket had been cancelled & Ramsha can travel. I was astonished that what is this then after contacted by Mr. Hakeem through Mr. Sajid , he came to branch office & said to me that you had informed me to cancel the seat of Arooba instead of Ramsha then I explained that how it is possible that Ramsha can travel instead of Arooba because Arooba is going to final EXIT because it was needed to send my five children on final exist so that I can pay and renewe my iqama with less leavy dues.Ramsha is the one included for renewal of iqama.
    In the end he did sepration & issue me another ticket for AROOBA and for RAMSHA he gave me another new PNR number 90458137.
    After departure of My daughter Arooba Hassan on dated 11/09/2017 I again went to this office to make confirmation against the new allotted PNR 90458137 in new date of my daughter Ramsha Hassan after the renewal of my iqama but I was in shocked when Mr. Sajid said this ticket has been expired/cancelled because her booking was on dated 11/09/2017 and this flight had flown & she has off loaded by airport .
    I did not understand that how it was possible?My daughter iqama was not renewed and she did not brought any passport at airport for travelling purpose ,how she can be of OFF LOAD ? I reminded to Mr. Sajid about cancellation and issuance of new PNR 90458137 to Miss Ramsha by MrHakeem so called Manager of branch Mr. Touseef(because I don’t know his designation he himself introduced me as Branch manager) interrupted me and was trying to understand the matter and , he said wait I have to contact my head office, it was great approach by him and I sat there to wait the reply of Head office. After half an hour Mr. Touseef informed me that you have to pay (260 SR +20SR)=280SR on account of service charges then I asked him why I have to pay service charges when I had previously with old same ticket,here here I want to inform you that in the month of march 2016 I got two tickets from Karachi to TAIF for my family due to your representative informed me that you did not inform us I got a complete lost of two tickets to few hours delay in canceelation information .but when I proper informed and did accordingly your representative did the correction in issuance the ticket of Arooba hassan with New PNR for Ramsha Hassan so why I have to pay service charges again .Further when I was discussing this matter with Mr. Touseef he become Rash and torn the ticket of Ramsha and told me go anywhere and complaint to any one I will not give you ticket and shouted, I told him please don’t rise your voice and think that I am elder than you ,you must respect and try to solve this matter gently but he was shouting and passing abuses to me he said make video and show to any one I am not afraid by any one but I did not make any video .He said that I did favor to you otherwise you have to buy new ticket.
    In addition of this when I asked for on board food he said you have to pay again38SR extra and he took by me 260 SR +20SR=280SR +38SR =318 on dated 28-9-2017 and said the old food flown with previous flight.
    I was not in a position to decide what I have to do because my daughter had to fly to attend her university being senior and foreigner,abiding the rules of this country I paid the demanding amount , took the ticket and came out in gentle way after shacked hand with Mr.Touseef and others.
    I am putting this matters to you to give me justice because I know respect is most important rather than money.
    It is requested to you kindly open the enquiry that:-
    1) How your branch manager said that the airport people had OFFLOADED my daughter?
    2) How my daughters ticket was changed under the change of PNR and made cancelled?
    3) Why they had charged food allowance & service charges two times?
    4) Why they insulted , misbehaved & passed abuses to me ?
    I am very hopeful that you will make investigation and take disciplinary action against Mr.Touseef regarding miss conduct & enquiry to reach the faulty person, awaiting for your reply .

    Its the worst airline company I ever booked.

    First I was trying to book the ticket through KIWI website. The payment declined all the time.
    Second I try to book through official website. Money was deducted buy tickers I didn’t received. Ok it was refunded.
    Third. I call them to make a booking so I can pay a cash in office in Jeddah. And imagine there is NO one in office 🤬AND the phone number is not replying whole day!!!

    So how I supposed to book my ticket ????
