I have tried numerous numbers to find out the status of a delayed – diverted flight from CDG to Bilboa at 11h05 this morning. My husband and colleague were on this flight and they clearly haven’t had any wifi signal as I have not heard from them. They were supposed to land in Bilboa at 12.45 today, 23 October and the Hotel says they have not checked in. I have tried to track the flight status and it said it was diverted and then landed. After numerous calls, I discovered they have landed in Bordeaux, France and that the flight will be re-routed once cleared. I have now been trying to follow up with someone for the last two hours with no joy. Please can someone advise what the status is?
