Why wont ye answer my phone call?
My luggage bags have been held in New Delhi since the 24th of LAST month. I have filled out TWO forms that authorised you to destroy the power bank in one of them so that they may be sent back to me in Ireland. Almost 2 weeks have passed and still no bag. I was in your office on the 30th of November.

It is 11 am on Monday, May 20, 2019. I have tried calling the phone number you have posted online of your Kathmandu office -01-442-9468 at least 12 times in a row now!!! NOONE ever answered or picked up the phone. I know this is a common practice here in Nepal and also in India, but as an American, I find it appalling that your employees who have nothing better to do still IGNORE ALL incoming calls and REFUSE to answer the phone!!! Employees would be immediately FIRED were they to do this in the USA and in all Western countries I have visited!!! Can you not TRAIN your Aur I India employees to ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN IT RINGS??? Is this so difficult a hurdle culturally to overcome?
