One Cabin Baggage:

• Must not exceed the dimensions of 56cm (H) X 36cm (W) X 23cm (D) and fit in the overhead storage compartment in the aircraft cabin.

One Laptop bag or one handbag or one small bag:

• Must not exceed the dimensions of 40cm (H) X 30cm (W) X 10cm (L) and fit under the seat in front of you.

How to purchase Xtra Carry-On Allowance?

Bookings through Baggage Section: You may pre-book during the flight booking session.

Steps to add the Xtra Carry-On after your booking is confirmed via “Purchases”

1. Login to your AirAsia account and go to “Purchases”.
2. Click on “Manage add-ons” at the booking that you wish to add.
3. Select “Checked Baggage” tile, and you’ll find the Xtra Carry-On section.
4. Slide the button to purchase Xtra Carry-on for your selected flight.

Note: If you missed a chance for pre-booking, you may also get it at the check-in counter up to 1 hour before the counter closure time and it is subject to availability.

Can I get a refund for Xtra Carry-On since it is included in my Fast Pass purchase?

• Xtra Carry-On is non-refundable. Please ensure that the total weight of your 2 pieces cabin baggage does not exceed 14kg within the size permitted.
