American Express® / Business Extra® Card Member: Receive $50 American Airlines Flight Discount (in the form of an electronic voucher) for every $5,000 of eligible purchases while using the Business Extra Corporate Card.

How to Redeem AA Flight Discounts?

You can easily redeem American Airlines Flight Discounts on AA.com.

• To retrieve your Flight Discount # and PIN #, please click link sent through your Email.
• In the retrieval page, on the payment screen, enter both the Flight Discount # and PIN # .
• At one time, you may use up to 8 Flight Discounts.
• If the total price of the ticket exceeds the value of your Flight Discount(s), you may use a credit card for any remaining balance.

Important Notes:

1. Flight Discounts are redeemable toward the purchase of air travel wholly on flights operated by American Airlines, American Eagle® and oneworld® carriers for itineraries sold and originating in the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
2. Flight Discounts may also be used for payment of air travel on any oneworld® partner or Codeshare flights designated in flight listings as AA*. They cannot be used for payment of air travel on any other airline.
3. In addition if a credit card is used in conjunction with Flight Discount(s), the credit card must have a United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico billing address.
4. Flight Discounts may not be used for upgrades, Admirals Club memberships enrollments, Admirals Club One-Day passes, AAdvantage Award Travel or other non-flight products and/or services sold on AA.com.
5. No Flight Discounts are reissued after their expiry date.

How to check the balance of your American Airlines Flight Discount?

1. Visit Balance Check.
2. Enter 19-digit Flight Discount Code
3. Enter 4-digit PIN number
4. Check the Balance.

Note:

Flight Discount expires one year from date of issue. If travel booked with the Flight Discount is cancelled or changed by the Flight Discount holder, the Flight Discount will be forfeited and the Flight Discount holder will be responsible for any applicable fare difference and the applicable change fee.

What can you buy with AA Flight discounts?

You can book American Airlines and codeshare flights (Partner airlines indicated with ‘AA’ in the flight number) originating in the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

**No Discounts to travel on other airlines, optional fees or other American products or services.

How to get refund on American Airlines (AA) Fight Discount?

You can’t get return or redeem for cash or credit on AA Flight Discount. Flight discounts will expire one year from date of issue.

How to get back Virtual Flight Discounts, if it’s lost?

Traveller’s can’t replace the Paper flight discounts earned with an AAdvantage® credit card. Virtual flight discounts can be reissued, for that you’ve to send a request through your mail.

1. Visit Request to Resent Virtual Flight Discounts
2. Enter your Email, which should match already given passenger information.
3. It’ll resend valid Virtual Flight Discounts that have not been previously retrieved.
4. It’ll display the original balance, you’ve to check the current balance.
