I have booked and paid ticket for 3 people to Tokyo for 28/05/2020 but cant fly due to COVID-19 restriction. Tickets started with number 205.
Request for refund. Please advised. We bought the ticket from Travel Agent but now the travel agent close due to Pandemic. We can’t contact them regarding refund of changes with our tickets.

When I checked ANA bussiness ticket CGK-LAX-CGK via tiket.cpm it doesn’t included free meal for pax. When I did my last trip with ANA on December 2020 CGK-ICT-CGK via tiket.com with bussiness class we still got the free meal on board. Why it doesn’t included the free meal now via tiket.com?
