My names are Nwoye Angela I booked Arik air Abuja to Ilorin Sunday and I made mistake booked Abuja to ilorin on Monday, It suppose be Ilorin to Abuja Monday. Please kindly assist it was a mistake booking, I will travel today with Airk air and come back Monday, but is now I find out. Good morning,
I write to request for a refund of the ticket PNR : KPLTQZ ilorin to Abuja, scheduled for 1:10 pm on Monday 19th March 2018. I paid for this ticket online on Sunday 18th March 2018 by 7-8pm thereabouts with a gtb card with the last 4 number (2999) (Bello Mubarak Salau) . Immediately, I got a mail from Rave that my money has been deducted without a ticket (reference number CRA55424380) . The next day, I got to the airport where I was asked to call 012799999. I did and the costumer care representative started working on it. But it was taking too long so I purchased another ticket in other not to miss my flight. The ticket later came after my departure I called another costumer care representative , Ola on 012799999 before I purchased another ticket and after I discovered the aforementioned ticket with the name: Abuah Onyebuchi Joy has finally been approved and sent to my mail after the flight had taken off with the newly purchased ticket at the canter . He got all my details and promised I will get a response on my email thereafter my refund before the end of the day’s work yesterday. Up till this moment no response after series and countless numbers of calls to the costumer care. Pls I await your quick response .I borrowed the money urgently to purchase the latter ticket.
