My wife board Asky from Lungi to Lilongwe yesterday the morning plane through Accra and check in four luggage and she was given luggage tags. Then the second officer who was checking the ticket at the check in counter wrote the final destination on the luggage tags stick on her passport by hand. Now she has arrived in Lilongwe today 10 August and all the four luggage not arrived.
Lungi Airport is famous with stealing customer luggage and I believe the check in counter made this stupid mistake of checking her luggage up to Ethiopia which was printed on luggage tag and wrote by hand the luggage tag that she was given indicating the final destination Lilongwe because they wanted to steal the luggage but to give false information that luggage went to Ethiopia when they did not dispatch the luggage
In fact, I travelled on Monday 10th January, 2022 and almost half of the passengers aboard ASKY KP 22 were claiming missing luggage, me inclusive of course and now it is one week down of my two weeks stay here that my clothes and a lot of other important stuff in that baggage are missing. I have called a guy a thousand times (I mean the number written on ‘form’ that we filled for follow-up; that they were going to call us back the following day) and the only thing you hear is the boring caller tune and the guy who is never at the airport. I am believing now that these guys are actually Thieves but let us see who loses. No more flight with Ethiopian Airlines if they collaborate with this mediocracy. Guys, no one is responding with any form of information that so they are actually caring. I emailed Ethiopian Airlines, Asky Airlines, and not even a single reply apart from the Automated reply from Ethiopia??!!!! This is unacceptable, really. My anticipated beautiful stay in Sierra Leone eventually ruined. Thank you for this experience guys. BUT THEY WILL PAY

This asky airport manager is a fraudster he set up a fraud group in steaing money from customer it card.
i was flying back to lagos Nigeria from sierra leone. this manager refuse my boarding the plane unless i pay covid money for Nigeria by debit card only. he collected my card for the payment. By the time i got to uk this man has withdrawn money from my hsbc account 4 times. i wonder when did asky airline became a covid fee collector for a Nigerian company called Acouns laboratory. My bank is looking into this fraud behaviour by Asky staff airport manager. I will like the Asky management to take action on this issue before i post everything about this airline on social media. I have lost over Ā£500 as a result of this fraud. 4 times withdrawal of Ā£199 per time

I am not sure if this Sierra Leonean number is working but i tried multiple times to no avail. I applied for eVISA to travel from Sierra Leone to Addis. As an Africa, I am supposed to pay on arrival but i are not sure which of the documents i need to use during my check-in until I reach Bole International Airport to pay. Given that online payment is not difficult for Africans.

Good morning and happy New Year my aunt travelled from Nigeria to freetown on the 26 of December 2021and up till now she has not received her luggage. Please can you help us get the luggage as soon as possible.
But guys really, do you think that it is normal that a passenger loses a luggage from your flight, records his details with some random guys at the airport (random because really there is no any professionalism at all with the Freetown Lungi staff, except for asking tips), emails you for a follow up, tries to call your Freetown office but all the attempts futile because the call does not go through (very professional) and my two weeks stay in Freetown definitely ruined by this story. I mean staying two weeks with all my clothes and a lot of more important stuff lost by a super professional air company without clear information and protocol? Complements ASKY partners of Ethiopian Airlines! I am really disappointed, really disappointed.
Passengers to travel to Lebanon on the 17 July didnāt travel because they said the flight that supposed to come on the 16 July didnāt arrive, so all the for the 16 and 17 July came to the airport on the 17. But the flight complaint about over booking, so some people were left but didnāt issue another ticket to them. Why?
