Wij hebben een vlucht geboekt naar peru vanuit rio de janeiro, maar moeten deze vlucht wegens ziekte annuleren. We hebben voor de annuleringsverzekering een annuleringsnota met daarop het aankoopbedrag.

Sinds vorig jaar 2021 ben ik bezig met een refund request via jullie website. Echter loopt deze procedure elke keer vast bij het uploaden op de website. Verzoek om via de email contact op te nemen om dit op te lossen op korte termijn.
In het verleden heb ik contact gehad via de website. Helaas lijk het erop dat de webchat veel last heeft van storingen en de werknemers die ik voorheen heb gesproken hadden onvoldoende bevoegdheden om adequaat te helpen.
