I can get onto the web – site and app, but every time I try to make a change to my booking, reserve a seat or ask for advise on health certificates, they tell me they need my contact details, which I supply, but then the site shuts down due to ‘unforeseen errors’ and when I log in again it has discarded my detaials…I even tried the whatsapp chat but the ‘person’ tell me he/she/it is a trainee and does not know the answer. I get reffered back to the app or web-site, just to get the same frustrating resulta. i even asked friends who belong to Avianca miles club to try as well as a teavel agent…no success!!!

I have been trying fo the past month to get a reimbursement for a ticket my dad bought. He is 93 years old and is still waiting for the reimbursement. Avianca is helping him at the moment, they I am sure , will be giving his money back. I see that Trip Advisor has terrible reviews , but I am sure these are just one timers. My father is a loyal customer and I am sure an airline like Avianca will not treat its Lifemiles customers this way. I will keep on working with them patiently until he gets his money back.
