Please I wish to verify how to get an ok to board
Avianca airline is a well known and reputable company but some of your staff are in some ways irreputable and unworthy of being employed by your company. I am specifically talking about some staff at Sao Poala airport who are pressuring passengers to purchase a another forwarding airlline ticket before allowing them to board their already paid flight. If they refuse they threatened them with not being allowed to board their already paid flight. This is BLACKMAIL, well and truly!!
I hope that something can be done to investigate malevolent staff in Sao Poala and restore the trust in Avianca.

En el año 2020 17 de abril queríamos volar 2 personas a Galápagos por 2 semanas.
Corona lo hizo imposible y obtuvimos 2 vales de Avianca en Ebookers Suiza.
Para los 2 vales, solicité 2 tarjetas UAPT de Avianca y las recibí con nuestro crédito en ellas.
El 5 de marzo de 2022 reservé un vuelo para 2 personas desde Madrid a San Cristóbal Galápagos el 13 de mayo de 2022 y San Cristóbal Madrid de regreso el 27 de mayo de 2022.
Los datos de la reserva:
2A3WQ2 Iosif Kelemen Precio 1004,41 €
2ALJJU Camelia Kelemen Precio 1004,41 €
Ingresé el número de tarjeta Avianca UATP para ambas reservas:
en la reserva 2A3WQ2 Iosif Kelemen el número de tarjeta UATP:
1134 9009 4942 171 con un valor de $877.45 CHF
al reservar 2ALJJU Camelia Kelemen el número de tarjeta UATP:
1134 9009 4019 392 con un valor de $877.45 CHF
Asumí que el monto de la tarjeta UATP se descontaría de los costos del vuelo y que mi MASTERCARD solo tenía que pagar la diferencia, como se describe en el sitio web de Avianca.
¿Verifico los pagos en mi MASTERCARD y descubro que se ha solicitado el precio total del boleto para el pago a MASTERCARD?
Desafortunadamente, los montos de las tarjetas UATP existentes no se dedujeron de los costos de los boletos en ninguno de los dos casos.
Te pido descontar el monto de la tarjeta UATP del precio del boleto o reembolsarlo a la Mastercard.
